Broadridge has launched OpsGPT, a new capability for operations users, analysts, and management teams to update their operations across the post-trade lifecycle. Powered by GenAI and LLM technology, OpsGPT uses transactions, settlements and positions data to provide clients real-time visibility for faster fails resolution, researching next best actions and prioritizing key risk items in a single interface. This new product is a direct response to industry and regulatory changes. ↗
Apex Group has unveiled its brand new sustainability and ESG services brand, Holtara. Holtara offers a range of solutions that can support users in achieving ESG goals by staying compliant with regulation, to assessing performance and creating value. ↗
Tactyc has introduced Ratio Analysis on KPIs. Tactyc can now automatically compute ratios using the KPIs collected from portfolio companies. Users can select a numerator KPI and a denominator KPI and Tactyc will generate ratios over the time period of KPIs collected for each portfolio company. ↗
Caja de Valores, Argentina’s Central Securities Depository (CSD) has launched a new technology platform using Nasdaq’s CSD technology. The launch is the culmination of a multi-year, major change program, which began with Caja de Valores recognizing the potential benefits of modernizing its legacy infrastructure to support the continued growth and institutionalization of Argentina’s capital markets. The core platform went live in September 2023, with more asset classes and additional functionality incorporated ahead of its formal launch in January 2024. ↗
Northern Trust enters 2024 with newly acquired ESG capabilities courtesy of its recent investment in Novata. Northern Trust’s clients now have access to sustainability data and analytics to help them assess their portfolios. ↗
Intelligo has updated its website. The new website showcases all of the services Intelligo provides including due diligence, continuous subject monitoring, and executive background checks. ↗
Tegus has launched a new feature on its platform. Top Investor Questions is Tegus' latest AI -powered feature designed to help users understand companies faster, increase investable universe, and help pick the best company for an outsized return. This new feature constantly scans thousands of pages of expert transcripts to surface the most important takeaways for a business– without needing prompts. ↗
ValueWorks has announced a few new features that dropped on its platform in 2023, which include: enhanced Investor Reporting, Dynamic Dashboards 1.0, and Custom Charts. New features coming in 2024 include: Co-Pilot with AI, versatile Forecast models, and an improved financial dashboard. ↗
Owlin has launched a new feature called Cases, which is designed to foster collaboration among risk professionals within a team. Owlin's Cases feature changes the way risks are tracked and addressed, simplifying the process by flagging, discarding, and grouping articles. ↗

Affinity has announced six new updates to its platform. First, they have launched API V2, so users can accelerate data pipelines and expand the capabilities of their CRM data. Affinity has also launched Notetaker, which automates meeting notes and transcripts synced to Affinity CRM. They have also unveiled Collaborator Seats to easily and securely share talent, investor, and deal lists with collaborators. The next is Inferred Connections, which has grown to include potential connections based on shared work experiences with people at company’s users are interested in. The next update is Employee Growth Insights, where users can access an interactive module featuring Affinity Data to company profiles to track hiring trends and employees composition in the companies users are interested in. And lastly Formula Fields has been updated to perform simple calculations directly within users lists and create formulas that update as deals progress. ↗
Affinity has also released three new features on its platform for external collaboration, scalable calculations, and profile insights. These are: Collaborator Seats - share data securely with external partners. Formula Fields - save time by making calculations in Affinity lists. Employee Growth Insights - make employee growth data more actionable. ↗

Verivend has received investment from Launch NY as part of a larger seed extension round. Launch NY is investing $50,000 from its nonprofit Seed Fund into Verivend and is now featured on Launch NY’s Investor Network, a network of more than 300 accredited investors who are committed to backing startups in Upstate New York. ↗
BlackRock has plans to buy Global Infrastructure Partners for $12.5 billion. The deal includes $3 billion in cash and 12 million BlackRock shares and once the deal closes, the firm will hold approximately $150 billion in infrastructure assets across a diverse portfolio. ↗

Apliqo has signed a new partnership agreement with Hendricks, Rost & CIE, a German that works to implement business intelligence solutions for corporate management teams. LoopFX and FactSet have announced plans to integrate LoopFX into FactSet's Foreign Exchange execution management system, Portware, in early 2024.
