This is a new an AI-powered SaaS platform aimed at helping companies and investors to navigate and utilize ESG data from across thousands of companies. Key features of the new platform include the ability to deliver answers to questions through chat and summarization, monitor ESG trends across peers and sectors, use a natural language search tool to navigate thousands of sustainability reports and financial filings, benchmark disclosures against peers, back up sustainability claims, and assess alignment of ESG reporting with regulations and frameworks. ↗

Novata adds SFDR reporting capabilities to Private Markets ESG Data Platform. This expansion enables clients to simplify reporting against European regulatory requirements. DuploCloud has raised $32 million in a Series B financing round led by WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group with participation from existing investor Mayfield. DuploCloud sells a set of tools to make provisioning apps to public clouds like Google Cloud, Azure and AWS easier. ↗
Yieldstreet is set to acquire online investment platform Cadre. This acquisition will extend Yieldstreet's category leadership with nearly $3 billion AUM, institutional distribution channels and new platform capabilities. ↗

New Zealand credit bureau Centrix has partnered with Envestnet | Yodlee, which will allow live bank data feeds for Centrix customers. Through this collaboration, Centrix gains direct access to transaction data from borrowers’ bank accounts with their consent. This access facilitates real-time debt servicing and affordability checks based on actual income and expenditure, providing a more accurate assessment compared to self-reported estimates or proxies. ↗
