InvestorFlow Announces Merger with Cloud Theory and $30 Million Series A Raise

InvestorFlow, Inc, a provider of cloud-based investor portals in the alternative asset space announced its merger with Cloud Theory, Inc, a cloud-enabled enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform designed for investment banks and alternative asset managers. In addition, the company has also announced a $30 million Series A investment from Ambina Partners, intended to help accelerate the combined company’s continued growth.

After the merger, the new company will take on the name InvestorFlow, and will aim to become a leading deal and investor engagement platform in the financial services industry with headquarters in Menlo Park and offices located throughout North America.

InvestorFlow serves 150+ clients, holds over $3.5 trillion in assets, 750 funds, and 90,000 LPs on its combined platform. The company will continue to serve customers across the financial community, including investment banks, venture capital, private equity, credit, hedge funds, and real estate. This class of streamlined offerings and technology will aspire to provide solutions for customer needs at a time of increasing complexity in fund management

As for leadership, industry veteran Todd Glasson, current CEO and Founder of InvestorFlow, will lead the combined company as Chairman & CEO. Cloud Theory’s CEO and Co-Founder, Brian Marchand, will serve as Chief Product Officer, and Minseok “Min” Kang, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Cloud Theory, will be serving as Chief Technology Officer.
